RENTAL BOOKING CANCELLATION TERMS

In case of cancellation of a reservation, SALAMIS RENT A CAR is entitled to withhold the following cancellation fees:

• For cancellations, 72 or more hours before date and time of receipt of the vehicle, the full amount is refunded.
• Cancellations must be sent in writing at info@salamisrentacar.gr.
• For cancellations less than 72 hours before the date and time of receipt of the vehicle, cancellation fees are 40% of the full payment.
• In case the customer is a no-show the total paid fee is non-refundable.
• In case the driver does not carry a valid driving licence (Greek/European or International*) issued in their name, and a valid identity card or passport (which are not photocopies): No vehicle will be delivered, and no money will be refunded.
  * If the driver carries an international diploma, they should also carry the original from the issuing country.
• In the case of returning the vehicle earlier than the end-date of the reservation, no money is refunded.

Free Cancellation Policy

The FREE cancellation policy applies to cancellations at least 72 hours before the receipt of the vehicle. Free cancellations are valid until December 31, 2025.

The company reserves the right to extend or stop the policy of FREE cancellations whenever it wants, or to restore it (not retroactively).
